This world-renowned luxury hospitality design firm are looking for a Project Manager to come on board. You'll be working on iconic projects in Texas and throughout North America. We're looking for specific experience in hospitality and/or luxury multifamily. This is a hybrid role for an employee-owned company.
The Role
Project Manager oversees all phases of project development, ensuring client satisfaction, design quality, and financial success. Leads project team, manages budget and schedule, and acts as primary client liaison. Reports to Studio Director or Managing Principal.
What you'll be doing
- Manages client relationships and expectations
- Oversees project team, budget, and schedule
- Ensures project quality and adherence to design standards
- Prepares and manages project documentation
- Develops and maintains client relationships
What you need
- Architecture degree (Master’s preferred)
- Architecture license required
- 10+ years project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
